Description
Spain produces a flavoursome, thin-skinned variety of fig called Pajarero, which is the perfect medium to carry the rich, moist flavours of this chocolate-coated fruit.
Stuffed with a ganache of cream, chocolate and brandy, the Rabitos are intensely flavoured, slightly chewy, and meltingly delicious. Contains 8 brandy-soaked figs in dark chocolate.
Ingredients: Dried figs (45%) , chocolate (37%) [(sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, concentrated butter (MILK) fat, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural flavouring: vanilla) (chocolate contains cocoa soilds 52% minimum)], pasteurised cream (MILK), brandy flavouring (<0.5%), glucose syrup, and humectant: sorbitol.
