Caerfai Caerffili is a traditional, unpasteurised hard cheese made at Caerfai Farm in Pembrokeshire. Made with raw organic cow’s milk, it is a crumbly, white cheese with a light, fresh, and slightly salty flavour. It takes its name from the nearby Caerfai Bay. Light, fresh, and slightly lemony with a subtle sea salt finish.
