A traditional Sardinian sheep’s milk cheese with a firm, crumbly texture and a wonderfully savoury, nutty flavour. Pecorino Sardo has a rich, characterful taste with subtle grassy notes and a pleasantly sharp finish. Delicious on a cheeseboard, grated over pasta, or paired with cured meats, olives and a glass of Italian red wine.
