Description
This fiery horseradish is a classic accompaniment to roast beef and pairs equally well with salmon, smoked mackerel, cheese, and vegetables. Perfect for roasts and sandwiches, it adds a bold kick to a variety of dishes and can be stirred into mashed potatoes for extra heat. For a milder flavour, mix with a little cream.
