Description
A non-alcoholic syrup containing a special blend of spices to provide a simple and convenient way to make the most delicious mulled wine, cider or apple juice. Being a sugar-based product, it fully dissolves when heated and doesn’t leave any residue or powdery aftertaste, which can sometimes occur with sachet-type alternatives.
Other uses and recipe ideas: add to fruit when making crumbles and pies or when poaching peaches or pears; add a dessertspoonful to half a pint of whipping cream; drizzle over a good quality ice cream; brush over grilled or barbecue sausages; add a spoonful to the gravy for roast dinners, especially good with poultry and game.
