Description
Soft and naturally aromatic, the Giusti Panettone is made from a dough with sourdough starter, enriched with the delicate sweet-and-sour notes of our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, which is also used to macerate the raisins. An artisanal, long-leavened creation, where sweet hints of red fruits emerge for a perfect balance of softness and fragrance.
Ingredients: WHEAT flour, raisins 17%, EGG yolk, BUTTER, sugar, natural yeast (WHEAT flour, water), minced candied black cherry (ground cherries, glucose and fructose syrup, sugar), Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 3,8% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar. Contains SULPHITES), glucose-fructose syrup, emulsifier: mono- and di-glycerides of fatty acids, inverted sugar syrup, BARLEY malt, salt, natural flavour.
