Gabriel Amatller established his workshop in the heart of old Barcelona more than 220 years ago. He began selling his artisan chocolates to the city’s elite until it grew into one of the finest chocolatiers on the planet. Gabriel’s grandson, Antoni Amatller i Costa, took over the family business almost a decade later.
INGREDIENTS: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, fat reduced cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin and flavouring (vanilla), cocoa solids: 70% minimum
