Tuscan produced extra-virgin olive oil is ICEA certified. Fragrant, mild but with a robust character, it is able to bring out flavours, herbaceous notes and delicious flavour.
Producing this oil is only the final phase of the year’s commitment to the trees. Its harvested early so as to obtain the best-quality olives. Picked by hand using the age-old “stripping” technique, which doesn’t damage the trees or the olives.
To enhance the quality of the product,the olives are transported to the mill within hours of harvesting.
