The classic 2kg panettone magnum is a soft dough cake with natural leavening, produced in the respect of Italian tradition. It is obtained by natural fermentation of our mother yeast and is the result of a slow 72-hour artisanal treatment . The Panettone Magnum Classic has a yellow, soft and well-dimpled dough, enriched with juicy raisins, peels of Sicilian oranges and candied Diamante-Calabrian citron. The Magnum 2kg format is part of a limited production, designed to celebrate special occasions with the softness and quality of Made in Loison products.
