Pembrokeshire farmers Bryn and Rebecca found that after producing cheese they were left with having to send the byproduct whey into the waste system. They began to search for a way to make the process more sustainable and after months of research decided to try turning it into alcohol. This brought them to create the only Welsh ewes milk vodka.
